Elmer is a gastronomic restaurant, located in the center of Paris.

It is a place of sharing.
On the menu, beautiful pieces of meat or fish cooked with our Rotissoire and over a wood fire.
Chef Simon Horwitz and his team create daily menu based on organic or eco-responsible products.
As for the wine, our sommelier Sébastien Perrot selects pointed bottles that move the most passionated amateurs.
